All copiers – including printers, engineering copiers,toner cartridges and standard copiers – sold by “COPIERS ON SALE” in the India are covered under the terms and conditions outlined in this warranty document. These terms apply unless otherwise specified on the invoice and are valid for the timeframes detailed, starting from the date the buyer receives the purchased copier.

Comprehensive Warranty Coverage: 30-Day Full Warranty and 2-Year Extended Warranty for Major Malfunctions

“COPIERS ON SALE” provides a comprehensive 30-day full warranty on all copiers purchased, beginning on the date the buyer receives the equipment. This ensures ample time for professional installation by a trained technician. During transportation, vibrations may occur, potentially requiring adjustments upon delivery. Recognizing this, “COPIERS ON SALE” assumes full responsibility for the copier during the first 30 days after delivery.

This responsibility includes covering the cost of any missing or damaged parts and consumables, as well as labor. Consumables are guaranteed to deliver at least 50% of their full yield. Beyond the initial 30-day warranty, all major non-consumable parts are covered under an extended warranty for an additional two years. Covered components include, but are not limited to, power supplies, circuit boards, motors, scanning units, display panels, and glass.
